The hotel's location near the metro station and next to a stadium made transportation very easy. The cleanliness of the room was really good and it had all the necessary hotel facilities. The staff was very cute and even provided welcome gifts.
All was perfect.

The room was always clean and tidy, and the location was key, being close to the main transportation hubs. the host was easy to communicate with and was accommodating towards the customers.
The breakfast options were limited, and during holidays or weekends, there were not many alternatives provided.

The location couldn't be better as it is near the metro and a few minutes from the stadium. the room and bathroom were always spotless, and the staff was very kind and helpful. There were even welcome gifts in the room. the breakfast vouchers for a nearby coffee shop were a great touch. the communication with the staff was easy and efficient, and the shower was amazing.
There was a strange odor in the room that was difficult to identify, even though the room was impeccably clean.

The xmas stay was amazing! the room was exceptionally clean and well-decorated. the location was perfect for our needs as it was very close to the train and bus stations, making it easy to explore the city. the host was accommodating and friendly, giving us suggestions on places to go and things to see. the welcome gifts provided were an added bonus, making us feel right at home.
The breakfast was not offered on the second and third day due to the holiday closure of the local coffee shop. this was a minor issue and did not take away from our overall experience.

Amazing shower, comfy bed and sofa, great communication with staff on WhatsApp, kind and helpful staff, vouchers for local bar breakfast, quiet location with nearby services.
Nothing, no complaints at all.
